First, decide which computer you will use in your office to operate Easy Smile. If it’s the computer you are on now, you are set to download the software, otherwise, forward this e-mail to the computer you will use. This software has a 1 year licence on 1 computer. It will count down the 1 year for you and advise you when it’s time to re-new your licence too!

INSTRUCTIONS:
· Print this pagel so you can follow along

· Close all other programs

· Click on the link below

· Save the Easy Smile Software file to your program files. Allow the program to download, it will only take a few minutes. Then Close.

· Go into your program files and look for the file called Setup-Easymile.exe. Double click this icon and select Run and next, agree to the terms and finish.

· Now you will note a new icon on your desk top: Imaging Tool, double click this icon

· Easy Smile Software will open, select the button to request your licence

· Fill in the form including all of the practice details as these will appear on printouts for your patients click next

· You will be asked for your customer reference code. Please use your CAED customer number as shown in the subject line of this e-mail. Click next and finish

· Once you submit the form, sit back and relax as we will obtain a licence key for you. ( This normally follows within 1-2 business days via e-mail )
