The CAED was recognized as an full standing affiliate by the AACD.

The CAED 2009 program with over 12 meetings for the year 2009 was released.

The Canadian Academy for Esthetic Dentistry was created to give Canadian dentists a forum to voice their needs and express their identity in the world of local and international esthetic dentistry.
